This is a superb simulation of Cambridge in the days of steam. Challenging to operate, Cambridge features only one (very long) through platform, divided in the middle by a scissors crossover, as well as bay platforms at each end of the station. Cambridge was served by main line services between London and Norwich/Kings Lynn and a network of branch line services, sadly long gone.
A special feature of this simulation is the need to control the loco shed, adjacent to the station, which had an allocation of about 100 locos in the 1950s.
A full 24 hour timetable is included, with full loco details, extending to well over 800 trains and loco movements. Tremendous value and truly fascincating!
