A very impressive simulation with a lot of variety, including the mainline Norwich expresses, passenger services along the East Suffolk line, the Felixstowe branch and the line to Bury St Edmunds.
A major feature is the container freight traffic between the port of Felixstowe and other parts of the country. Those heading south require a loco change at Ipswich and many of the freight services have to be held for pathing purposes at one of a number of junctions. A further challenge is provided by the stretches of single track on the Felixstowe branch and the East Suffolk line, with many level crossings.
The challenging 2024 timetable which is included contains 450 trains over a full 24-hours.
