This is an improved and updated version of the original (2010) Preston simulation incorporating the WCML Upgrades from 2018. (The same registration details are valid for both simulations).
Preston is located on the West Coast Main Line approximately halfway between London and Glasgow.
Five main routes converge in the area. In addition to the WCML, there are the East Lancs Line, Ormskirk Branch, the Fylde Line from Blackpool and the Central Lines from Manchester.
Preston station's 9 platforms, and the 5 major junctions in the area ensure hours of enjoyable operating.
Note that timetables for the original PC-Rail Preston simulation, CANNOT be used with this updated version.
