Comprehensive Help and other documentation is included with our software and can be displayed and/or printed while running the simulations. You can access this with the F1 key or by selecting Help from the menu options. Help in the Timetable Editor can be accessed in the same way.
Free upgrades -We regularly issue updated versions of our simulation software. Most updates are to correct minor issues which come to light but in some cases we take the opportunity to introduce improvements. You will not lose your registration details by updating to the latest version. You can check for updates
Our software is extensively tested. Please ensure you are using the latest version. If you do find a program bug, please report it to us for investigation. We may ask you to send additional information using the Diagnostics program included with our software.
Our User Group provides a forum to exchange information, ask questions and get advice from fellow PC-Rail users. Membership is free. Additional free resources and timetables can also be found there.
